Warehouse Pickup Information

Warehouse pickup is available by appointment from our warehouse in Truganina, VIC.

How pickup works

1. Select warehouse pickup at checkout.
2. Wait for the automated ready-for-pickup email.
3. Follow the instructions in the email to arrange your pickup appointment.
4. Attend only at the agreed pickup time.

The complete warehouse address will be included in the ready-for-pickup email. It will not be displayed publicly on the website.

When will my order be ready?

Orders placed before Thursday at 12:00 am are usually available for pickup within 48 hours.

Orders placed on Thursday at 12:00 am or later will generally be processed early the following week.

These are processing estimates rather than guaranteed pickup times. Your order is not ready until you receive the ready-for-pickup notification.

Important pickup conditions

• Pickup is by appointment only.
• Customers must not travel to the warehouse before receiving the ready notification.
• Receiving an order-confirmation email does not mean the order is ready.
• Please attend at the agreed time so a ChowHQ team member is available to assist you.
• The warehouse is a pickup point and is not a walk-in retail store.
