ChowHQ delivers African groceries Australia-wide. Customers can select from the shipping methods available for their order at checkout or choose warehouse pickup in Truganina, VIC.
Processing times may vary depending on the products ordered and the selected delivery method.
Orders placed on Thursday at 12:00 am or later will be processed for dispatch early the following week.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout where tracking is available.
Available delivery methods are displayed at checkout based on the order and delivery address. These may include Australia Post Standard, Australia Post Express, Aramex and other available delivery services. The price and availability of each method will be shown before payment.
Orders of $300 AUD or more qualify for the free-shipping option displayed at checkout. No ChowHQ products are excluded from the $300 free-shipping threshold.
Carrier delivery estimates are estimates only. ChowHQ cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or time once an order has been collected by the selected carrier.
Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, weather, incorrect delivery information and other circumstances outside ChowHQ’s direct control.
If your order is delayed, missing or damaged in transit, please email hello@chowhq.com.au. We will assist with tracking and carrier enquiries wherever possible.
Aramex is offered as a lower-cost shipping option that customers may select at checkout.
Aramex collection and delivery timeframes may be longer or less predictable than other shipping methods. Customers selecting Aramex acknowledge the possibility of delays and delivery issues and should monitor their tracking information.
ChowHQ will assist with tracking and carrier enquiries wherever possible but cannot control Aramex’s collection schedules, delivery timeframes or claims process.
Selecting Aramex does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Warehouse pickup is available by appointment in Truganina, VIC.
The complete pickup address will be provided in the automated ready-for-pickup email. Customers must wait until they receive this notification before travelling to the warehouse.
